Cancellation policy
Guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel up to 14 days before check-in. For cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before check-in, a 50% refund is provided. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. A cancellation fee of $50.00 applies.
Resort Rules
Must be 21 or Older to Rent. The resort requires a $250 security deposit upon check in. This is refundable based on inspection of the room. For stays longer than 21 days we require a $500 security deposit and require that the unit is cleaned weekly at no additional charge to the guest.
