Cancellation policy
Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel up to 30 days before check-in. If the cancellation is within 30 days but more than 14 days before check-in, they are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable. Additionally, a cancellation fee of $50.00 applies.
Resort Rules
Must be 21 or Older to rent. The resort requires a $250 security deposit upon check in. This is refundable based on inspection of the room. For stays longer than 21 days we require a $500 security deposit and require that the unit is cleaned weekly at no additional charge to the guest.
