Set amidst swaying palms, perfectly situated between Key Largo and Key West, our tropical condo awaits in a small, quaint resort overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious 1,300 sq. ft. 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers a relaxing retreat with all the comforts of home. The open-concept layout features a dining area, a cozy living room with a large-screen TV, and a screened balcony for enjoying the fresh air. The primary suite is a private oasis with a king bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and direct access to the balcony. The guest room has two twin beds, and a second bathroom is across the hall. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, a love seat, and a recliner, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. A well-equipped kitchen has the basics, including a full range, microwave, refrigerator, and a charming breakfast nook. An in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays. This condo sleeps up to six guests and is ideal for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy a stroll to the private beach for stunning Florida sunsets, or take a 2.5-mile trip to Sombrero Public Beach and its pristine white sands. Marathon Key Beach Club boasts of one of the largest pools in the area. It is shared with Banana Bay Resort. Banana Bay Resort offers boat slips and parking for a boat trailer for your convenience. This must be arranged with the dock master directly. Please let us know when you book if this is something you are interested in making arrangements for. There is a limit of two vehicles per unit. There is no room for oversized vehicles or trailers. Parking for one vehicle per unit is available under each building, a second space will be available on the property. Books, tennis equipment, board games are available at the office. Marathon is home to the Turtle Hospital. A non-profit rescue, rehab, and release facility that is open for tours. There are several fishing charter and scuba shops nearby.
