This generous sized 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo offers full living space complete with a kitchen including full-sized appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave). The kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials such as pots, pans, dishes, and utensils so you can create a wonderful meal. Plenty of seating options are available with the dining table (seating 6), a small kitchen nook with a table for 4 and a small table on the screened in patio. The living room offers a convenient sleeper sofa, recliner, and a loveseat, a flat screen TV and DVD player for movie nights. Enjoy the screened in porch accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. Also included is an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. This condo accommodates a maximum of six guests. Walk down to the private beach to see the famous Florida sunsets or head over to Sombrero Public Beach (2 1/2 miles away) to enjoy their white sandy beach. Must climb stairs to access the unit. Security deposit is due at time of check in. Check in time: 4pm Minimum age to rent is (21). Property reserves the right to place guests if needed in an alternate unit if necessary due to maintenance or unexpected events. Marathon Key Beach Club boasts of one of the largest pools in the area. It is shared with Banana Bay Resort. Banana Bay Resort offers boat slips and parking for a boat trailer for your convenience. This must be arranged with the dock master directly. Please let us know when you book if this is something you are interested in making arrangements for. There is a limit of two vehicles per unit. There is no room for oversized vehicles or trailers. Parking for one vehicle per unit is available under each building, a second space will be available on the property. Books, tennis equipment, board games are available at the office. Marathon is home to the Turtle Hospital. A non-profit rescue, rehab, and release facility that is open for tours. There are several fishing charter and scuba shops nearby.
