Overview

This unit has everything needed for a fun beachfront vacation. The main bedroom offers a king bed with access to one of two balconies and a huge updated private main bathroom. One queen is in the second bedroom. The comfortable living room offers space to sit back and relax after a day on the beach. The updated kitchen offers full-sized appliances to cook a great meal. Two balconies beckon you outdoors to appreciate the gorgeous views. There is an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. This property has two pools, a tiki hut/TV room with a fitness area, and a ping pong table. A BBQ grill at each pool with dining tables nearby. Of course, the star of this property is Crescent Beach. The powdery white sands that are world-famous are steps away. A refundable $250 security hold is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older at check-in. Bath towels and linens are provided; please bring your own beach/pool towels. Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Roof Construction Notice Roof construction began on February 26, 2025, to replace the temporary roof installed after Hurricane Milton. The project will take 2 to 3 weeks, weather permitting. For safety, please use designated walking paths and avoid taped-off areas. Expect construction noise during this time. We appreciate your understanding as we complete this essential repair before the rainy season. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation policy

"A $250 authorization hold will be placed on your card at check-in. This hold is released after checkout, subject to inspection." All cancellations must be in the form of an email or written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 60 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside of the 60-day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable.

Resort Rules

Our standard check-in day is Saturday, and we require a minimum stay of 7 days. If you'd like a different check-in day or a different duration of stay that isn't listed, please give us a call at 302-581-9342. On Property office hours are Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
