This stunning condo offers a spacious main bedroom with a king bed and a private ensuite, while the guest bedroom features two cozy twin beds. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests, and the full kitchen is stocked with almost everything you need�from full-sized appliances to all the utensils�to whip up a delicious meal. Savor your morning coffee or a bottle of wine on your private balcony, gazing over the shimmering waters of the Gulf. When you're ready to explore, take a dip in one of the two refreshing pools, challenge friends to a game of ping pong at the tiki hut, or work up a sweat in the fitness area. Enjoy grilling at the BBQ stations with dining tables nearby. But, of course, the real star is Crescent Beach�just steps away, ready for you to experience its soft, white sands and crystal-clear waters. A refundable $250 security hold is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older at check-in. Bath towels and linens are provided, but guests must bring their own beach/pool towels. Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. ****Disclaimer***The living room sliding glass door is temporarily covered with plywood while awaiting replacement. However, the balcony remains accessible through the main bedroom. Roof Construction Notice Roof construction began on February 26, 2025, to replace the temporary roof installed after Hurricane Milton. The project will take 2 to 3 weeks, weather permitting. For safety, please use designated walking paths and avoid taped-off areas. Expect construction noise during this time. We appreciate your understanding as we complete this essential repair before the rainy season. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation policy

"A $250 authorization hold will be placed on your card at check-in. This hold is released after checkout, subject to inspection." All cancellations must be in the form of an email or written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 60 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside of the 60-day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable.

Resort Rules

Our standard check-in day is Saturday, and we require a minimum stay of 7 days. If you'd like a different check-in day or a different duration of stay that isn't listed, please give us a call at 302-581-9342. On Property office hours are Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
