Enjoy your spacious main bedroom with a king bed and private ensuite. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room has plenty of space for everyone. A full kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and full-sized appliances needed for a great meal. Enjoy your morning coffee or bottle of wine on the private balcony overlooking the waters of the Gulf. *Disclaimer: This unit is a bit dated and has some features that need updating. This property has two pools, a tiki hut/TV room with a fitness area, and a ping pong table. A BBQ grill at each pool with dining tables nearby. Of course, the star of this property is Crescent Beach. The powdery white sands that are world-famous are steps away. A refundable $250 security hold is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older at check-in. Bath towels and linens are provided; guests should bring their own beach/pool towels. Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Cancellation policy

"A $250 authorization hold will be placed on your card at check-in. This hold is released after checkout, subject to inspection." All cancellations must be in the form of an email or written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 60 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside of the 60-day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable.

Resort Rules

Our standard check-in day is Saturday, and we require a minimum stay of 7 days. If you'd like a different check-in day or a different duration of stay that isn't listed, please give us a call at 302-581-9342. On Property office hours are Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
