Welcome to your bright and airy beach getaway! This two-bedroom condo offers everything you need for a fantastic vacation. The main bedroom features a king bed and a private ensuite, while the second bedroom is perfect for kids or friends with two twin beds. The living room includes a comfy sleeper sofa, accommodating everyone with ease. Start your day with a coffee at the breakfast nook or on the balcony, where you can soak in the stunning Gulf views. With two bathrooms and a full kitchen, you�ll have all the comforts of home. The property boasts two pools, a tiki hut with a TV room, a fitness area, and a ping pong table. BBQ grills and dining tables are conveniently located by each pool. And of course, the highlight is Crescent Beach�world-famous for its powdery white sands, just steps from your door. A refundable $250 security hold is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older at check-in. Bath towels and linens are provided; guests should bring their own beach/pool towels. Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Roof Construction Notice Roof construction began on February 26, 2025, to replace the temporary roof installed after Hurricane Milton. The project will take 2 to 3 weeks, weather permitting. For safety, please use designated walking paths and avoid taped-off areas. Expect construction noise during this time. We appreciate your understanding as we complete this essential repair before the rainy season. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation policy

"A $250 authorization hold will be placed on your card at check-in. This hold is released after checkout, subject to inspection." All cancellations must be in the form of an email or written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 60 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside of the 60-day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable.

Resort Rules

Our standard check-in day is Saturday, and we require a minimum stay of 7 days. If you'd like a different check-in day or a different duration of stay that isn't listed, please give us a call at 302-581-9342. On Property office hours are Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
