With only 15 units on the property, you will enjoy a boutique experience with all the perks of a resort. Our expansive 1600+ sq. ft. condo offers breathtaking bay views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The main bedroom offers a king bed and a private bath, while the second bedroom features two comfy twin beds, perfect for family or friends. The open living room provides a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring full-size appliances and granite countertops, makes meal prep a breeze. Be sure to explore the local dining scene as well. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the condo, making packing and laundry a snap. Step outside to make the most of our resort-style amenities! Dive into the pool or relax in the whirlpool from dawn to dusk. The property also includes a 13-slip marina. For added fun, check out our limited availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, helmets, tennis equipment, and fishing gear. Books, games, and videos are available in the lobby. Please note that the maximum occupancy is six, including children of all ages. No Pets, No Smoking/Vaping, No Parties A refundable $250 security hold will be taken at check-in, and guests must be 21 years or older. All canceled reservations will incur a minimum $95 cancellation fee. ***Hurricane Disclaimer*** Please be advised that the local area was significantly impacted by Hurricanes Helene and Milton, and both the community and property are still in the process of recovery. Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. 50% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations.
