Cancellation policy
A $250 authorization hold will be placed on your card at check-in. This hold is released after checkout, subject to inspection. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival date will forfeit all deposits. There are no refunds for an early departure or shortened stay after check-in. Before 14 days deposit will be returned minus a $50 service fee.
Resort Rules
Must be 21 or Older to Rent. No Smoking or Vaping. NO Parties. We accept dogs only, 2 dog Max, weighing up to 70 lbs each. There is a $50 +tax per pet fee due upon check-in
