Spend your stay in the heart of Virginia Beach’s Oceanfront District, with direct access to the beach and boardwalk just outside the building. The surrounding area features a range of dining options, coffee shops, convenience stores, live entertainment, and seasonal events. Popular attractions such as the Virginia Aquarium, Ocean Breeze Waterpark, fishing piers, and First Landing State Park are a short drive away. The boardwalk stretches for three miles and offers bike rentals, playgrounds, and open-air stages with live performances during peak seasons. After a day along the shore or exploring local attractions, return to the one-bedroom condo, designed to accommodate couples or small families. The private balcony provides outdoor space for morning coffee or a quiet evening. Inside, the bedroom includes a king-size bed, and the living area offers a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, and dishes for preparing meals. A dining table, two televisions, and complimentary Wi-Fi are included. Linens and towels are provided. Guests also have access to an indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness room, coin-operated laundry, and one designated parking space. No pets or smoking are allowed, including on balconies/patios. A $100 refundable Security Hold is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older to book. Cancellations incur a $50 fee for deposit refunds (excludes Airbnb bookings).
