Spend the cooler months by the ocean at this Virginia Beach condo, just steps from the beach and boardwalk. Stroll to nearby restaurants, shops, and seasonal events, then warm yourself in the heated indoor pool or soak in the ocean-view hot tub. After a day on the beach or exploring the boardwalk, relax in the bedroom with a king-size bed. The condo accommodates up to four guests with a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and essential cookware, or enjoy nearby restaurants within walking distance. Bed linens, towels, and WiFi are provided for a convenient stay. No pets or smoking are allowed, including on balconies/patios. A $100 refundable Security Hold is required at check-in. The check-in packet will include one parking pass. Each unit at Barclay Towers has one parking space. To avoid receiving a citation, each vehicle must hang the pass from its rearview mirror when parking. You will receive daily citations if the pass is not displayed exactly as directed, or your vehicle could be towed. **EXCLAIMER** We are not responsible for guests receiving citations or being towed, as the Front Desk provides specific instructions that must be followed!**
