We exceed expectations with this large 1400 sf condo, accommodating up to 12 guests. This unique design is really 2 apartments combined. There are two spacious bedrooms with King size beds as well as a third guest room featuring 2 full size beds. In addition, 2 queen sleeper sofas and 3 full bathrooms allow for a large family gathering. One side has a full kitchen and there is also a mini kitchen on the other side. A bonus feature is that you actually have 2 washer/dryer sets inside your condo! This special floorpan is known as the Presidential Villas. Grand Palms Resort offers wonderful amenities - complimentary shuttle service to the nearby Surfside Beach, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, lazy river, fitness center, on-site day spa (by appointment). In addition, you will have on-property access to both gas and charcoal grills, an arcade for the kids and so much more! Free WiFi, linens and towels included. No pets. Minimum age of 21 to book. Photo ID is required at check-in. Our resort is only minutes away from Myrtle Beach, Pawleys Island and North Myrtle Beach. Georgetown is 40 minutes and Charleston is 90 minutes south.
